I work with school districts, educators, and industry leaders to explore how artificial intelligence can reduce teacher workload while strengthening career and technical education. My passion is helping educators spend less time building curriculum and more time engaging students. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience leading organizations, building high-performing teams, and driving innovation, I focus on the practical application of AI in education, not as a replacement for teachers, but as a tool that amplifies their expertise. Working with Sage, I collaborate with districts to design standards-aligned, workforce-connected curriculum that incorporates local business partnerships, project-based learning, employability skills, and district priorities while preserving teacher creativity and instructional ownership.
